About us
Messrs Akram Hizri Azad & Azmir (‘AHAA’) was established on 15th April 2015 by the founding partners: Hizri bin Hasshan, Muhammad Akram bin Dato’ Dr. Abdul Aziz, Ahmad Shamil Azad bin Abdul Hamid and Noorazmir bin Zakaria.
It is no coincidence that our firm’s acronym is AHAA. The acronym signify problem solving (‘AHAA!’), and that is exactly what we do; we provide legal solutions to our clientele through high quality level of services.
Our legal firm is strategically located at EkoCheras Office Tower, within the vicinity of Malaysia’s capital, Kuala Lumpur. Accessible via major roads and highways, our firm’s location is also directly connected to MRT Taman Mutiara Station (Sungai Buloh – Kajang line), making it convenient for our clients to drop by for meetings and appointments.
We cater our services to various clients, from individuals, private foundations, government bodies and authorities, to corporate entities, local and foreign. This is a testament to our team’s capability of handling vast areas of legal issues and disputes.

Our Vision
Our vision is to be among the well-known and established legal firms in Malaysia whose services are sought after. We strive to achieve the goal of being the ‘go-to’ name for those who seek legal solutions.
Since we are a team of young lawyers with insatiable appetite for success, it is also our vision to expand our legal services beyond our current areas of expertise.
We envisioned ourselves as being recognised internationally and competing aggressively in the global market sooner rather than later. While we currently cater legal services to a number of foreign-based clients, we hope to establish a stronghold internationally and expand our overseas clientele.
Our Mission
It is our mission to provide legal services of the highest quality to our clientele, with due diligence and care in our conduct thus ensuring our clients’ rights and interests are protected at all times.
Further, it is our mission to provide legal solutions to any legal issues and conflicts faced by our clients. We adopt a ‘no stone left unturned’ approach in seeking a viable remedy cum solution to our clients’ legal predicament.
Our Values
At AHAA, we share common values among our team members. We dedicate ourselves to work as a unit despite having different legal backgrounds.
While internally we have specific departments dealing with specific areas of law, other departments may assist those in need of assistance so as to ensure all tasks are performed according to a client’s expectation. Co-operation is the key to success.
We hold dear to the saying “a happy life is one spent in learning, earning and yearning”. There are no strict guidelines or blue-prints imposed on our team members. Rather, everyone is encouraged to work according to his or her own methods and likings as long as it does not jeopardise the client’s rights and interests pertaining to a legal issue.
Having a clear goal is essential in a legal practitioner’s life. AHAA ensures all of our team members have something to aim for in life (hence the ‘yearning’ part from the earlier referred saying). We believe a person who has a clear goal in life would be able to assist and lead better than others, and having such value will steer us to the path of success.
