Haziq is a proud alumnus of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and graduated with LL. B (Hons) in 2022.
During his undergraduate years, he was far more than just a student. He immersed himself in a world beyond the classroom, seizing leadership roles and diving into countless moot competitions. These endeavors are meant to refine his soft skills & to also hone his legal expertise.
In 2023 He successfully completed his 9 months pupillage under the tutelage of Dr. Hizri Bin Hasshan at Messrs Akram Hizri Azad & Azmir and thus kickstarting his legal career in September 2023.
Amid his bustling legal task, he also dedicates his time for his alma mater by stepping up to volunteer in coaching the faculties moot team for any external moot competition. He believes that through imparting knowledge and honing the skills of others, it could also elevate his own craft.

Prior to joining AHAA, Haziq participated in the 2021 Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in the Global Rounds and had the opportunity to deliver his arguments before an esteemed international panel of judges, facing off against teams from all around the world. By a stroke of good fortune, together with his team, they clinched the prestigious Hardy C. Dillard Award for Best Combined Memorials.
To date, Haziq is regularly engaged as trainer and also sits as a judge in mooting competition organized by the local university.
