Pursuant to the recent announcement by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, the Malaysian Government has imposed a movement control order under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967 whereby non-essential business premises are to be closed during a period commencing from the 18th March 2020 (Wednesday) until the 31st March 2020 (Tuesday) in order to curb the spread of Covid-19 virus in Malaysia.
Per the above (and taking into consideration of our team members’ safety and well-being), our firm’s Management Team has decided to adhere to the same; our business premise at Chamber A-17-03, Level 17, EkoCheras Office Tower, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur will be closed effective from 18th March 2020 until 31st March 2020.
Although our firm’s business premise will be closed during the said period, our firm shall operate as usual whereby our team members will be performing their work and scope of duties from their own respective residences. Our normal business hours shall remain during this period, as follows: –
- MONDAYS TO THURSDAYS : 9.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m.
- FRIDAYS : 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
- SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS : Closed.
During this period, please liaise directly with our team members for any enquiries pertaining to legal matters handled by them (as well as arrangement for collection/service of legal documents).
