Ng Xin Ru

One of the most enthusiastic legal practitioners at Messrs Akram Hizri Azad & Azmir, Ng Xin Ru graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin in 2021. He commenced his legal journey as a pupil under the guidance of Mr. Ahmad Shamid Azad bin Abdul Hamid, where he gained invaluable exposure to various legal disciplines.

Upon successfully completing his pupillage, Ng Xin Ru was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor on 22nd April 2022, marking the start of his professional career with the Firm. His journey through pupillage solidified his passion for Criminal Law, and since then, he has dedicated much of his practice to this area of law.

Throughout his pupillage, he was involved in a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on Criminal Law. His hands-on experience includes attending numerous court mentions, representing clients in Criminal Law hearings, and assisting senior practitioners with complex legal research and case preparation. He also gained exposure to Public Interest Law, where he contributed to cases impacting the community and broader societal issues.

Since joining Messrs Akram Hizri Azad & Azmir, Ng Xin Ru has continued to specialize in Criminal Law. He has developed a keen understanding of criminal proceedings, having assisted in cases ranging from minor offenses to more complex criminal charges. His approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, client-oriented solutions, and a strong commitment to justice.

Ng Xin Ru is currently an integral member of the Firm’s Perak branch, where he handles various criminal cases and provides legal support to the team. His passion for the law is reflected in his unwavering commitment to ensuring that justice is served for his clients, while continuously enhancing his skills and knowledge in his chosen areas of practice.
